Sterling Vascular is a free clinical reference application for healthcare professionals, provided by Sloane Sterling Co, LLC. We designed the app to work without an account and without collecting personal or patient information.
Information we collect
We do not collect data from the Sterling Vascular app. The app does not require registration, request patient identifiers, use advertising trackers, or send clinical entries to us.
Information stored on your device
Favorites and app preferences may be stored locally on your device so the app can remember your selections. This information is not transmitted to Sloane Sterling Co, LLC. Removing the app may remove this locally stored information.
Patient information
Sterling Vascular is a reference tool, not an electronic health record. Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, medical-record numbers, or other identifiable patient information into the app.
Third-party links
The app may open external clinical sources, websites, or app-store pages. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, and we do not control their practices.
Children
The app is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Clinical use
The app provides educational and clinical-reference information. It does not replace professional judgment, institutional policy, current prescribing information, device instructions for use, or emergency evaluation.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above will identify the current version.
